Environmental sustainability remains central to our mission. CHOC, now Rady Children’s Hospital in Orange County, has received the Partner for Change Award from Practice Greenhealth—the nation’s leading organization dedicated to environmental sustainability in health care—for the second time.
The award recognizes hospitals for outstanding performance in sustainability across multiple operational areas, including waste reduction, energy and water conservation, sustainable food sourcing, and environmentally preferred purchasing.
