Recognizing its longtime service to the community, particularly during the pandemic, CHOC was recently named a “Large Business of the Year” by the city of Orange and the Orange City of Commerce.
The award was announced at the Oct. 7 State of the City event.
Joined by a handful of CHOC leaders, CHOC Chief Government Relations Officer Jena Jensen accepted the award on behalf of the nonprofit health system.
“Just about every year I reflect on how fortunate we are to be located in the city of Orange and to have had such a long partnership with the City Council, the Planning Commission and the city staff,” she said. “I just want to remark on how lucky we are to be located here in Orange and how blessed we are to be able to serve this wonderful community.”
CHOC Orange neighbor and longtime partner St. Joseph Hospital also received the award.
